  • Energizing Daily Dose (SOMA Breath® Workshop)

    Saturday, May 25th, 2024 at The FIT-ING Room, Diamondhead, MS

    10:00-11:00 am

    Fitness circuit to burn calories and sync the two brain hemispheres, followed by meditation and rhythmic breathing with breath holding for Oxygen efficiency to invigorate the mind & body and encourage the release of stem cells in the body.

  • The Lymphatic Detox

    Tuesday May 28th at 9:00 am at The FIT-ING Room in Diamondhead

    Stimulate lymphatic drainage, oxygen efficiency, and weight loss with this meditative breathwork session.

    We will begin with mindful yogic stretching and perform stomach vacuums to warm up the core musculature, then move into our core lifting breathwork.

    This session is not suitable during pregnancy or in the case of a hernia.

Introductory Services

Consultation - 60 minutes

In-Person or Virtual Fitness, Breathwork, &/or Intuitive Wellness Consultation.

The fee will be applied toward the purchase of any personal coaching or class package.

General Assessment - 45 minutes

Posture, Muscle Imbalance and Compensations, Oxygen and Diaphragmatic Efficiency, and Body Composition Assessment.

This will give clients and class participants an idea of their starting point so that they may track their progress.
