What is 4-Dimensional Functional Fitness?

4-Dimensional Functional Fitness combines mental imagery and multi-directional, unilateral, and primal exercises to build confidence in everyday movements and envision our end goal with sharp attention and focus.

This evidence-based fitness paradigm that Olivia has created over years of experience essentially wakes up sleepy channels in the body, connects the mind directly to the body to encourage fast and incredible results, and builds a solid foundation of proprioception and ease of movement to minimize injury and enhance overall athletic performance; consistently utilizing visualization with directed mindful intentions along the way.

We also focus on science-backed techniques of Pranayama (Breath control) as a tool to exercise regulation and intentional command of our nervous system.

The methods Olivia uses are extremely helpful for encouraging weight loss, building muscle definition, increasing endurance and athletic performance, and promoting extraordinary muscle coordination in even the most experienced athletes.

This eclectic training style is in no way rigid or a one-size-fits-all, every single session is built based on the previous sessions and unique to each individual according to their goals, imbalances, and fitness level using an intuitive approach, progressing and modifying on demand as needed.

Why might Olivia be the coach for you?

Weight management and good health do not come easy for Olivia, and after 20+ long years of fighting against her physiology and circumstances, she has tried and seen it all.

In childhood, Olivia experienced tourettes and severe OCD, depression, anxiety, inflammation, cystic acne, obesity, trauma… and even worse, she lost her will to live many times. During this time, she was subjected to a variety of medicines and diagnoses that yielded no results. Eventually, she was maxed out on her dosages and was told she would have to live with her illnesses and just continue trying new medications and acne creams, a devastating blow until she finally found fitness and wellness 14 years ago and went 100% natural.

Since then, it hasn’t always been smooth sailing, she has fallen off time and time again experiencing severe physical illnesses, additional trauma, homelessness, abuse, a lack of resources, pregnancy recoveries and injuries, you name it- yet fitness and wellness worked better than any medicine or conventional diagnosis framework she had ever been subjected to as a child, so she kept pushing to learn more about what was happening in her body.

At many points in her life, she could hardly get out of bed. She felt resistance merely lifting her arm into the air or even walking a few steps at a time due to the severe chronic pain, fatigue, and illness that she had experienced from years of trauma and suffering.

She has tried almost every method, fad, and motivational tactic; she has read hundreds of books and scientific journals, and taken course after course to understand the human body holistically and in the most natural way possible. Always eventually finding the root causes of each problem that doctors were continuously overlooking.

Through fitness, whole nutrition, breathwork, clean living, deep inner work; and both a long process of suffering, and a long process of learning, she developed a Well-Fit intuition of sorts that she is passionately intent on sharing with the world.

Olivia doesn’t claim to treat, heal or diagnose anyone, or to have all the answers. She also doesn’t claim that the medical industry isn’t helpful or that people should drop their medicines and their doctors and they will instantly feel better.
